Class Length + Timing

  • Class runs: about 1 hour

  • Arrival for set-up: I arrive 1–2 hours
    before class (timing depends on number
    of participants)

Group Minimum

Minimum required: 10 participants

Pricing

  • $80 per person + tax

  • $50 travel fee

  • Includes all ingredients, supplies,
    and instruction

What I provide

All ingredients + tools/supplies needed for the class

  • Each guest leaves with a 10" round charcuterie board (serves about 2–3)

  • Boards go home in a sturdy bakery box

  • Guests also receive a shopping list
    and class notes

  • 4 artisan cheeses

  • Honey/jam

  • A sweet treat

What You Provide

  • Tables + chairs for participants

Booking + deposit

To hold your date, I require:

  • $150 deposit

  • Signed contract
